Boundaries

I include this topic because having healthy boundaries gives us a foundation of steady power and energy supply. Having draining relationships and interactions keeps us stuck in the same patterns of low self-esteem, shame and despair.

There is a better way, but you must claim it. You must be conscious on what people/situations make you feel better afterward, and which make you feel worse. You must be clear on what you won’t tolerate anymore.
