Root Chakra Meditation

This shorter guided meditation is great to cultivate a sense of embodiment and presence within your body. Whenever you are feeling ungrounded, unsafe, triggered in a trauma response, or anything other than at peace and present, this is a great meditation to call you back home, back to your center, in this moment.

When we have strong emotions arise in a triggered state, we are not in the present moment. We are living in a memory loop of the past or imagining scenarios that have not yet happened. The path to feeling calm and sure is to come back to our deepest center. The root chakra is our connection to the vastness of our mother Earth, who can hold us.

You can create the essence of this practice in any intuitive meditation by placing your full attention on your root chakra. With practice over time. it will help you feel stronger and more embodied.
