Postpartum Ceremonial Visits

I am currently on maternity leave, but will begin supporting new mothers starting in 2025

I come to your home after birth with an open heart and hands to serve you and your needs in that moment. No two visits are alike, and I bring my entire toolkit. Some things that you may be drawn to that I can offer within a visit:

 – Womb massage

– Herbal pelvic steaming + herbal foot bath/massage

– Sibling support basket while we drop in together (I love bringing crafts and treats for older kids)

– Herbal remedies for your situation

– A nourishing meal shared together while you share your heart and/or birth story

My Knowledge Base:

I am a former womb-pelvic bodyworker (and attended many workshops on traditional women’s wisdom, pregnancy and postpartum, womb mysteries, pelvic care, etc.), and have also studied Holistic Midwifery with elder midwife Whapio at the Matrona Institute. I wrote the book Pelvic Awakening: Connecting to Your Female Center for Transformation, Healing, and Joy. I have had two unassisted pregnancies and births, and experienced pregnancy loss. I love to offer wisdom on those kinds of experiences.
